Materiel
The Materiel Services department is in charge of forecasting the materiel needs of our customers and provisioning for their successful fulfilment. Also it prepares and maintains the materiel data documentation, and is responsible for all logistics and warehousing.
Typical services include:
• Recommending of initial provisioning list and recurrent spares.
• Provisioning conferences.
• Supplying ground equipment, tools and service bulletin kits.
• Maintaining AOG service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Maintaining safety stocks of Airbus Military and vendor items.
• Component repair service.
• Listing and exchange of components.
• Managing Warranty.
